Caregivers that are technologically savvy and demonstrate some level of competency in understanding the course and CACD are being identified and trained as mentors. One mentor supports caregivers from four ECD centers through the course and application of CACD. The mentors are the first line of support to caregivers. Their efforts are being complemented by the monthly coaching visits of the project officers as well as PEAs and social workers.
