SCHOOL READINESS INITIATIVE IN MALAWI
The Roger Federer foundation launched a six-year School Readiness Initiative in Malawi (SRI). CCAP Synod of Livingstonia ECD Department a Non-governmental organization who is conducting a startup phase implementation in Mzimba district. The project will enhance a better start in primary education for 6000 children in 75 CBCCs and 49 primary schools. Outcomes and impacts will be carefully assessed and lessons will be learnt in this startup phase for the following scale up of the initiative in the other targeted districts of Karonga and Nkhata bay.
